Founder & President
Elaine created Uplift Scholars with the purpose of fulfilling her aspirations of becoming an educator. Her inspiration is to “be the change you wish to see in the world.” She enjoys playing tennis, reading, and drawing in her free time.
Sophia Cheng
Vice President
Sophia joined Uplift Scholars to make learning accessible and enjoyable for every student. She loves helping others grow and reach their full potential. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, cooking and listening to music.
Chloe Wong
Head of Public Relations
Chloe is a dedicated person who loves graphic design and outreach. She enjoys working out while watching her favorite shows and thrifting for new clothes in her spare time. Her #1 motto is always “Be the reason someone smiles today!”
Shivani Kumar
Head of Marketing
Shivani joined Uplift Scholars to help others be the best they can be. She loves helping others and wishes to be a role model for to inspire young students all around the world. She enjoys running, reading, and watching Netflix in her free time.
Misha Munir
Social Media Manager
Misha is a passionate creator who loves graphic design and engaging with audiences through social media. She enjoys video editing, photo editing, and bringing creative visions to life. In her free time, she loves making YouTube videos, dancing, and experimenting with new artistic projects. Her favorite saying is, “Creativity has no limits!”

Valentina is a member of Uplift Scholars who enjoys hobbies such as running, violin, and art! She also loves listening to music and watching movies in her free time!

Teddy joined Uplift Scholars to support their mission of “uplifting” other students and bridging the gap! In his free time, he enjoys traveling and taking froyo runs.
